Prof. Mariana del Fresno, Ph.D. is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science at UNICEN and a permanent researcher from the Comisión de Investigaciones Científicas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (CIC-PBA). Her research interests include image processing, feature extraction and analysis, 2D/3D medical image segmentation, computer graphics and visualization. She is also a Ph.D. in Computer science (2008).
