Bio

Ignacio Larrabide (Nacho) graduated as Software Engineer from UNICEN, he pursued his DSc in Computational Modelling at LNCC, Petrópolis, Brasil. He is co-founder of the medical software technology company Galgo Medical, acting as scientific and technical advisor in the neurointerventional line. He currently leads the Yatiris research team within Pladema Institute, UNICEN. His research interests include medical image computing and computer assisted treatment planning, applications of machine learning to medical image analysis, computational modelling of medical devices, neuroimaging and neurosciences and medical technology development in general.
